At Zubilo, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shopping experience. We ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for all important details regarding your orders.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across India, covering all major cities and pin codes. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (Free on all orders): 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Additional charge applies at checkout): 2-4 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order volume, and external factors like weather conditions or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • All orders include free standard shipping.
  • Express shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to be reflected.

Order Delivery

  • Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • In case of failed delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a reshipping fee may apply.

Prepaid Orders

  • All orders are prepaid only for a seamless shopping experience.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets as payment methods.
  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for processing and shipping.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or combined with another order.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Delayed or Missed Delivery

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking details or contact our support team for assistance.
  • If you miss your delivery, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • After multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. A re-delivery can be arranged, but additional charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video & images for verification.
  • If your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
